Just So Teine Tayberry placed FIRST of 8 in Open Mixed on Oct 23 :)! Diane´s Cami & Margaret's Harley ran superbly well too, all in all well worth driving 3 times around the moon to get there, he, he..

At the Swedish Sighthound Club´s Annual show in Helsingborg Sunday, where Just So Ben Ledi also won his Swedish show Championship after a double quick show career: BOB at Ronneby International August 14th, BOS at Helsingborg Kennel Club September 10th & BOS Sept 11. Many thanks to judge Anette Edlander, and to the Franklin family for good company & handling of the hounds :)!

Today DVM Margaret Sudekum´s Just So JostaBerry secured the most elusive of titles, co-owners Michelle Cowan and myself are very grateful & very proud´n´happy - thanks so much Margaret! 

In the capable hands of Tilda Franklin Otis charmed the judge Birgitta Svarstad into handing him the BOS-award and his first CACIB & CC

To the day two years from our last litter Dalì was found to be pregnant! The D-litter is expected just in time for summer, around June 9th :)!

Practice makes perfect - and practice they did! On Leoch Fada´s days 15 & 16 she and Just So Ben More mated according to the instruction manual; 20 minute and 15 minute ties, both 8 a.m. on April 7 & 8 :)!

Madde & Uffes pretty girl wins her 3rd CC & 2nd place Youngster up to 2 years - group in Boden. After which an off-leash run is well deserved; great photo by Madde :)!

Klasse with pal Crail had a great Birthday at Lake Ivö

All was well in Tanzania´s fabulous national park; during a 2 day-drive we saw lions, leopards, cheetas, elephants, wildebeasts, giraffes... Thanks so much dear Anne for bringing me, and Gregg for refusing to get on a plane :)!

Josta spotted the jackrabbit and took off much like one of my paychecks..Resulting in a second place in Open Mixed, and a very proud breeder :)! Thank you dear Anne for making this dream come true, and thanks to the hunting crew for a great weekend! Hope to come again!

A first of many

Just So -HomeTurfParties, on May 22nd, resulted in Best Breeder-group of the deerhounds at SKK International in Hässleholm! Thank you judge Jean Jaques Dupas & handlers Rita & Paul Verstappen, Belgium, & Ingmar Nygren, Växjö! Participating Just So hounds were:

J.S. Ben Ledi, Ben More, Blixt Gordon & Cloud Berry.

Critique: "Nice quality very good group. Excellent heads. Beautiful expressions. Nice bodies. Excellent coats. Excellent bones."

Afterwards we gathered in Torsebro and had a great time BBQ:ing in the lovely May evening :). Let´s make this into a yearly event!

At Sunday´s Sighthound show in Boden, Just So LingonBerry proceeded to the afternoon group finals, junior-class, thanks to handler Susannah. In the afternoon future pro-handler/owner Madde stepped in and stepped up => BIS-Junior 2nd place for the northern stars :)! Huge congrats girlies, from a very proud Bestemor ;)..

"Fantastic movements, from all sides" earned Just So Ben Stack his first BOB and second CC in Bö this Sunday, beating very good competition. Sister Just So Butterfly Stampede earned BOS and her second CC. Many thanks to Nina & Ingvild, handler/owner Superstars, and judge Anette Edlander, Sweden!

Welldeserved playtime for Tilda & Nevil coming up, after an endurance-performance resulting in another BOS & CC today Saturday at the 3-Days Show in Gothenburgh. The pair has snagged 3 out of 4 sighthoundshow-CCs during the last 6 Months, and Nevil won´t turn 2 years old until September 10th!

Many thanks to today´s judge Iren Naarits, Estonia, but foremost thanks to Tilda, Nevil´s best pal & handler :)!
